 My new morning favorite "Espress"Oats".  A  hearty, warming breakfast that gives you that extra boost to kickstart the day!  Coffee & oats all in one....pure love. 


•1 cup oats (I used sprouted rolled oats)

•1 1/2 cup almond milk
•1 shot of espresso
•2 tbs maple syrup


•raw cacao nibs
•steamed milk
•maple syrup

•crushed walnuts

•Hemp seeds



1-Combine milk, oats, maple syrup and espresso to a sauce pan over medium-low heat.  Cook stirring often, until oats are creamy. In the meantime, while oats are cooking, froth or steam extra milk for topping.
2-Remove from heat.  Spoon oatmeal into two mugs.  Add toppings of choice. Enjoy!
