Service Description

This class is a calming blend of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping and gentle yoga, designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and restore your sense of inner balance. Gisele will guide you through simple tapping sequences to help clear emotional and energetic blocks. Then, Teena will lead you through a series of gentle yoga postures to stretch, ground, and nourish the body. No previous experience with yoga or tapping is necessary — this space is safe and welcoming to all levels. This is your time to slow down, tune in, and care for yourself. No payment required—just come as you are and pay it forward with a simple act of kindness (Rain date: June 22nd) YOUR GUIDES: TEENA: Driven by a deep commitment to helping others, Teena has dedicated her life to creating meaningful impact through a unique blend of charity work, event organization, and the transformative practice of yoga. With a heart for community and a mind for strategy, Teena has successfully led and collaborated on numerous charitable initiatives—ranging from grassroots fundraisers to large-scale community events—always aiming to uplift, empower, and inspire. Now, as a certified yoga teacher, Teena stands fully at the intersection of purpose and practice—offering her gifts to uplift individuals and communities alike. GISELE: For most of my adult life, I have felt guided by “something” I call them my Spirit Guides and Guardian Angels. I feel my connection with Spirit energy to be real and powerful. I have always felt I would teach in the Energy Field. Most recently, I have begun studying Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to enhance my own wellbeing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tapping et yoga doux avec Gisele et Teena Une séance apaisante pour relâcher le stress, bouger en douceur et retrouver l’équilibre intérieur. Gisele commencera avec des séquences simples de tapping (technique de libération émotionnelle) pour calmer l’esprit et libérer les blocages. Ensuite, Teena guidera une pratique de yoga lent et accessible pour étirer le corps, s’ancrer et se détendre. Aucune expérience en tapping ou en yoga n’est nécessaire — tout le monde est bienvenu. Un beau moment pour ralentir, respirer et prendre soin de toi. Aucun paiement requis — viens simplement comme tu es et offre un geste de gentillesse en retour.
