Where will the yoga classes be held?

​

All yoga classes will take place on the far left end of Parlee Beach — in Section A (look for the Section A sign once you’re on the beach).

 

We recommend parking in the left end parking lot near Euston Park restaurant, as it’s the closest to where we’ll be set up. If that lot is full, you can park in any other beach parking lot and walk along the beach to Section A — you’ll find us there!

 

What else is happening at Inspire Yoga Fest?

 

Lots of beautiful ways to connect and contribute!

• Stop by our Meet & Greet area on the grass near the volleyball courts — enjoy pay-it-forward Kombucha by Kissing Rocks and Lemonade with Lululemon.

•  Help us co-create a community art piece — all participants are invited to add their touch.

• Visit our photo booth stations — one at the Meet & Greet area and one on the beach. Strike a pose, snap a pic, and share your moment! (You’ll be entered to win a prize basket filled with goodies from our generous sponsors.) 

• Pay it forward — donations for IWK Foundation and Vestiaire St-Joseph will be accepted at the Meet & Greet area. Non-perishable food items for Vestiaire are also welcome.

 

What should I bring?

•  Yoga mat or towel

•  Water bottle

•  Sunscreen

•  Clothing for the elements (layers, hat, sunglasses — be prepared for sun, wind, or cool breezes!)

•  Friends and family

•  An open heart and a spirit of kindness

 

How much does it cost to attend?

All classes are FREE!

We encourage a pay-it-forward spirit — whether through a kind deed or a contribution at the Meet & Greet area.

 

Can I come for part of the day?

​

Absolutely! You’re welcome to attend one class or stay and flow with us all day. Come and go as it works for you.

 

Who can attend?

Inspire Yoga Fest is for everyone — all ages and all abilities are welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, there’s a place for you here.

When you dine at one of these participating restaurants or stay at Hotel Shediac on the day of Inspire Yoga Fest, they will generously donate 10% of your purchase to our highlighted charities — IWK Foundation & Vestiaire St-Joseph.
