“You don’t practice yoga to get better at yoga; you practice yoga to get better at living.”

- (author unknown)

Anchor 1

I share yoga from the heart, in an authentic way and strive to create an open, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where students feel comfortable on their mats. From the bright-eyed beginners to the experienced yogis, my hope is to inspire everyone to practice yoga in a loving and kind way. Then, we can create positive change in ourselves and in the world around us. Kindness begins within and, in order to change the world, we must first begin with loving ourselves.

I believe that yoga is for everybody, wherever you are on your journey. Regardless if you can touch your toes or not, let us practice together and join me on the mat.

Find your practice … we all belong.

Join me for our mats where we'll embrace the flow on every level of your being with a blend of yoga, meditation and breath work. Find greater flexibility...physically, emotionally and mentally.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

YIN YOGA is a quieter, meditative practice. Postures are performed seated or lying on floor, muscles relaxed and are held for longer periods encouraging safe opening of the deeper tissues in the body, such as ligaments, joints, bones and fascia.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA classes are energetic, flowing classes. Postures are linked together using breath, building heat, flexibility and strength. Modifications and variations are given throughout the practice and students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace.

BLEND YOGA
Find balance between effort and ease with a blend of vinyasa and yin yoga. Begin with the dynamic energy of vinyasa, flowing through sequences that build strength and flexibility, then transition into longer-held yin yoga poses that target the deeper levels in the body.
