Chocolate Chia Pudding
•2 cups almond milk
•1/2 cup chia seeds
•3 tbs maple syrup
•2 tbs raw cacao powder
Cherry Chia Jam
•2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
•1tbs maple syrup
•3 tbs chia seeds
•fresh raspberries, pomegranate seeds, blueberries, raw walnuts, raw cacao nibs, some dark chocolate pieces(optional)
For Chocolate Chia Pudding
•Whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cacao powder. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
For Cherry Chia Jam
•Combine cherries and maple syrup. Blend on high in high speed blender for 1-2 mins. Add to a bowl with chia seeds, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Layer chia pudding and chia jam between 4 small glasses or mason jars. Add your choice of toppings.
