Chipotle Chili
Cauliflower Steak
Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower

1/4 cup olive oil
-
2 limes juiced & zested
-
2 garlic cloves grated
-
1 tsp fresh ginger zested
-
1/2 tbsp chipotle powder
-
1/2 tbsp paprika
-
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
-
1 tbsp coconut sugar
-
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Instructions

Cut cauliflower into 1" steaks.

Combine olive oil, lime juice & zest, ginger and garlic together in a bowl.

Mix spices, coconut sugar and salt together in a separate bowl.

Brush the cauliflower with the olive oil mixture and generously sprinkle with the spice mixture.

Sauté the cauliflower steaks for approximately 5-6 mins each on medium/high heat, preferably with a covered pan.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.

The spicy flavors pair well with a cool Vegan Ranch Dip.
