Cook along with me from your own kitchen in real-time and learn how to create delicious, nutritious plant-based meals that are simple and easy to make.
During our Veg Out Meal Prep Classes I will be live streaming from my kitchen on Sundays for 4 weeks, showing you how to prep 5 days worth of plant-based meals. Start your week prepared with a fridge full of nutritious ready to go, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, so you can eat healthy, save time and money, stress less and fall in love with plant-based recipes.
In this course, you will have access to:
-Over 40 of my favorite, quick and easy recipes. (Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners dressings and sauces).
-Complete shopping lists.
-Live cooking demonstrations. I will show you how to prep 5 days worth of meals, from start to finish.
-Access to our private FB group with a community of people who are on this journey with you. You will find support, encouragement and inspiration here.
-Live Q & A’s. I will be offering 2 live Q & A’s where you can ask questions live.
My name is Anne, I’m passionate about everything health and wellness. I’m a yoga instructor and a certified raw food chef. I love to spend time in my kitchen, creating nutritious plant-based recipes that taste delicious and make you feel great!
My mission is to show you how easy it can be to create plant-based meals and to inspire you to eat more plants wherever you are on your journey, whether you are following a fully plant-based lifestyle or simply want to add more plants to your diet.
I believe that introducing more plants to your diet is the best way you can help improve your health, is better for the environment and also for animal welfare.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing my favorite easy recipes, as well as my tips and tricks to healthy success in the kitchen.
HOW IT WORKS:
-Receive your weekly recipe e-book menu which includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners recipes and complete shopping list via email every Wednesday before our weekly class.
-I will live stream from my kitchen in our “private” members only FB group. You can cook along with me in real time and ask questions as we go, or watch the recorded version at your convenience.
-The Live steaming cooking dates are Sunday Oct. 16, 23, 30 and Nov. 6 (1-3pm)
-Q & A’s will also be live streamed in our FB group on Thursday, Oct. 20th and Nov 10th at 7pm, for approximately 20 mins.
