About the Recipe
Cool down with this antioxydant-rich iced tea! Perfect to enjoy on hot summer days.

Ingredients
1-2 Tbsp dried hibiscus flower (or tea)
3 cups water
2 cups mixed berries (I used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cups sparkling water
Preparation
Bring water to a boil. Remove the boiling water from the heat and add to the dried hibiscus. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
While tea is steeping, add sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and lemon juice to a large glass jar (I used a 4 cup mason jar) and set the berry mixture aside.
Pour the cooled strained tea into the jar with the berry mixture. Add to the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
To serve, pour equal parts tea and sparkling water into a glass with ice.
NOTE: If you prefer a sweeter version, you can add a splash of maple syrup.
