Ingredients
2 cups plant-based milk
2 handfuls spinach
2 cups blueberries (frozen)
1 cup strawberries (frozen)
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
TOPPINGS:
Blueberries
Strawberries
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds

Preparation
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth. (Note: You can add additional milk to create a thinner consistency and drink as a smoothie).
3. Transfer smoothie to a bowl and add toppings.
