Maple Candied Pecans

About the Recipe

These maple candied pecans are the perfect combination of sweet and salty.
Add them to your salads, overnight oats or enjoy as a tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pecans

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

Preparation

  • Preheat air fryer at 350F.

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until pecans are evenly coated.

  • Place the pecan mixture in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Make sure to spread in a single layer.

  • Cook at 350F for 6 minutes, stopping mid way to shake the nuts.

  • Let the nuts cool fully before eating them.
