A healthy twist on the classic fall dessert. Creamy, naturally sweetened and full of warming fall spices. A great change to your routine smoothie.
2 cups plant-based milk
1 cup pumpkin purée
2 dates (or maple syrup to taste)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp almond butter
Plant-based protein powder (vanilla)
2 cups ice
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
