About the Recipe

This is one of my go-to's for lunch...it's quick and easy, nothing short of simplicity and deliciousness

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (I used sprouted grain)

  • Hummus (I used my Dill Pickle Hummus* recipe:

  • Veggies such as cucumber, tomato and avocado slices, fresh greens or sprouts.

 

Preparation

  1. Start by toasting your bread, or leave untoasted. 

  2. Add a nice layer of hummus to both slices of bread. 

  3. Layer with the cucumber, tomato, avocado and greens…anything goes.
