About the Recipe


Delicious peaches and cream overnight oats...enjoy as a fiber packed breakfast or guilt-free snack to fuel your day.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup plant based milk (I used soy)

  • 1/3 cup fresh peaches (chopped)


TOPPINGS


Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a 250ml Mason jar, and stir to combine.

  • Refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).

  • When you’re ready to enjoy, add your toppings.

 

NOTES

Prepare a few batches ahead for a convenient meal prep option for those busy mornings or on-the-go snacking.
